I am using Business v.7.0.1 and attempting to convert an existing design to "clean layout 12".
I have found that colours don't render correctly on the side bars (Design | Colours | 'palette 3').
I set 'palette 2' and palette '3' (the background to logo1.gif at the top of the screen) to the same colour but in both the preview and actual the top section was a different colour to the sidebars.
The sidebars are affected by the colour in 'Palette Background' . . . whereas the top-section is not.
It seems that Actinic is making an image for these areas and placing it in the background of each table cell but the image-creation process for the sidebars is rendering the colour inaccurately.
A work-around is to select the correct colour for the sidebars (in conjunction with the right 'Palette Background'), take a screen shot and measure the colour in Photoshop (or similar) and then use that colour code for 'palette 2' colour.
