New error, likely due new grouping features...

This was the first refresh on Oct 01st since V7 install, despite radio box being selected to import price lists from Sage no data has been transfered and thus all prices at retail.

Which box are you referring to? There is no box for this.

Do you mean no data at all has been transferred, or just that no price lists have been transferred? Check the hierarchical file that Link generates which you need to import into Actinic - does this contain the pricing information?
