Product choice not coming through

I've got a product where there are 2 choices - colour & size and a box for customer to enter some details to be printed on product.

When I download orders we are getting the text to be printed and the colour choice but not the size choice.

Can't work out why this is - can someone have a look and see if they can think of any reason why this might be?

Hi Kathy,

Now looking at your website, when i add something to the cart, the choices value have been taken across. Therefore they should be visible when you print out an invoice.

When you do a preview of the order once it is shipped? Do you see the choices?

If not, then i would suggest in registering a query at www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm, as it will need a support people to check your database
