Script Error

Urgent !!!

When the customer tries to enter in our shop, he receives the following message:
A General Script Error Occurred

Error: The specified buyer could not be found in the index file. Most likely the buyer index is corrupt.
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner !!!

What does it mean ????

I have deleted all the customer accounts, refresh all the website..... and it's still the same message.

Hi there Bruno,

The error is suggesting that an actinic .fil file is corrupted.

I would suggest in going into your site1 (C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1) folder, then delete all .cat and .fil files. Once you have done this, simply ftp to your website and go to the /acatalog/ folder. Here simply delete all .fil and .cat files again

Once you have done this, simply refresh the website.
