How to delete the deleted..?!?

How do I go about erasing the files deleted, the ones with the red crosses on them on the 'Content' tab?

There is an option to purge content in the housekeeping menu, this will get rid of them.

Use standard <a href...> HTML links rather than [URL=...] ones.
