Sitemap Tick Box Greyed Out

I seem to have lost my sitemap, and when I go to design options etc to turn it on the tick box is greyed out. Anyone know what is going on?

I'm developing a big site for a client and I really need the sitemap.

I am having this same issue too, amongst a million other problems with this software...

SO SOMEONE WHO IS READING THIS... HELP US OUT! (At least on this issue).

Search settings?

Cal,

What are the search settings in your catalogue? I notice that there is an error on your sitemap page - top left, just above HOT LINKS, there is a NETQUOTEVAR:SIMPLESEARCH appearing which suggests you've missed or deleted something in your code...

The only way I was able to get my sitemap to grey out was removing all the products in my store.

Callum, it looks like you have no products which is probably the reason. Julz, is this case for you as well?

That's done it. What a numpty I be!! So, no Sitemap shows unless you have a product in the store
