Actinic Link in Terms of Business

I would like to lose the Powered by Actinic link that shows at the bottom of the page in Terms of Business. I've unchecked "Powered by Actinic" using "Design/Site default" but this has no affect on the link showing on the Terms of Business page.

I've not been able to find any references to this in the manuals. Can anyone advise which template or templates I need to use in order to delete this link?

O.K. I've perservered and sorted it!

I've commented out the Netquotevar in the Act_infobody and that seems to have done the trick!
