required field not working

Hi,

We have used the user definable tick box to ask if customers have read our statement, and made this a required field.
However, whether you tick this box or not when placing an order it all goes through fine without prompting to tick the box.

Please could you explain how you set up the required field ticked box? I have version 4 here and the required fields works fine.

What version 4 are you using as well?
