Adding Custom Properties

I have about 1300 products I need to add custom properties too. This will basically be one property with one value (supplier name) so my customers can search by this.

Anyone any bright ideas on how to do this quickly? Or am I going to have to bite the bullet and get typing?

Hi Dave

If you just add one product and one custom property in Actinic, then simply go to "File | Export". Select "Catalog" and save the .csv file onto your desktop.

What you will have is a template csv file which you can edit in excel which has the structure of one product and one custom properties that you can use.

This might be an easier way for you.
