Adding newsleter

Hi All,

Hope business is going well, I need a little help with adding a section on the pages of my site for people to enter ther email address i.e. for newsleters, what I need to know is were would I find such an add on, how much would it cost!!! and is it worth having on my site in the first place? and how would I intergrate it with my site.

thats what I look like at the moment...
