We offer our customers a cash-on-delivery service. Our carrier (UPS) charges for COD based on the value of the shipment which is in addition to the the shipping charge. Does anyone have an idea how this could be achieved?
The COD charge is 1% of the invoice value with a minimum charge of Euro 12.50. There is a further 0.756% if the customer pays in a currency other than Euros.
This is in the same vein as my question about an additional handling charge for low value orders. We want to offer our customers a service but need to cover the costs.
If this isn't possible now (and I don't think it is) then please add it to the wishlist.
