errror msg 'not a valid bookmark'

Whilst uploading my store i recieve the msg 'not a valid bookmark' and the upload stops. please can some one help. It was working fine earlier on.

i have read the other post her concerning this error, now my back up files have it aswell. this only happens when im uploading and i get to reviewing files. i need help

the project was finnished this morning and i want to go an see my client

Right, ugh im really stuck, i uninstalled actinic from one machine to test that i can upload a site, this worked fine so i have a default site, so i know it is not the network/server. When i copied the original site 1 folder back accross the same error msg appeared. So i reinstated the default site 1 folder then started to copy the files A0000 from the site 1 folder to the default site1 folder and the same msg appeared. catalouge - not a valid bookmark, ths been the first problem i have had with actinic. if some one could explain where this bookmark is or what it is i would probably kiss them well maybe not but........ please help

When i tried to compact the catalog that msg appeared, i have located the file but the temp one i cannot is this my problem. it also crashes affter that warning on all machines hence the screen shot!
