    Corrupt Order Recieved

    I have been downloading orders for a long time now and have never had a problem, but today when i downloaded my orders i got one that had no details with it, and when trying to open it i get an error message saying:

    "The selected order is corrupt. No detail were found"

    Can you please tell me why this has happened?

    In v5 there used to be an issue when if people used the 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons in their web browser (rather than using the buttons in the checkout page) a 'ghost' order or '0' size would be created alongside their real order. We fixed this on v6 and have not seen it for a while. I think this is what you are experiencing.
