Products Per Page & (next/previous)

We may have 30 products per a section and where looking to display around 5 products per page.

Ive looked back through previous posts to do with items per page....

1..would I be correct in saying that the way to do this is split it down into sections again and manually add 5 products to each section?

2.There is no way of saying ok theres 30 products in that section now only display 5 at a time... and then get it to add a NEXT page/PREVIOUS page icon?

3.If we have to go for the manual way of adding 5 products to each section, how would we go about placing a link/icon at the bottom of each of those sections, to link the user to the next section(instead of having to click on the link on the left menu bar)?

once again many thanks.. ive only been using Actinic and this forum for a week or so and im impressed with peoples attitude to helping others out.

I was on to doing the exact same thing yesterday.

If you look in the design guide for actinic it explains how to edit the primary template to include the prev/next section links.

My searches concluded that the only way to split up a section was to do it manually by putting X products into subsections.

This is just what I wanted to do next on my pages as I am getting too many products on a page and it slows things down. I will try this out.
