Removing Generated Terms from Checkout

Hi

I can't seem to be abole to remove the generated terms and conditions page from the checkout even though I have unticked both boxes in Business Settings.

I have made a specific terms and conditions page as a brochure page called terms.html and linked to it through the miscellaneous widget in Design Options.

The site is www.performancemotorcare.com

Any help would be most appreciated.

You could comment out the NETQUOTVAR in the Order template.

Open Act_Order01.html and do a Ctrl F for "NETQUOTEVAR:INFOPANELS".

This variable sets the info from T&Cs into the checkout.

If you comment that out it shouldn't appear in the checkout.

I actually just deleted all the generated text from Business Settings|Terms and Conditions and the whole Actinic Terms and Conditions diasppeared from the Checkout, even the headings on the tabs.

Cheers for your alternative idea will check that one out too.
