    upgrade problems

    Hi

    I have installed version 7 of the catalogue and chosen the upgrade from version 6 option. On opening the V7 it has presented me with this error:

    "Unable to locate the database for the selected site. The site will remain unchanged."

    What does this mean and is there a way to fix it?

    bb000001

    ?

    and why does it crash when uploading the catalogue and it's sending this particular file?

      Hi there

      According to your other posts, you have been using v7 - which must mean you were able to get it working. You normally get the error you mention if you install v7 under one profile and then try and run it on another.

      WIth regards to the upload, I have put some suggestions HERE and HERE.
