Email form bounce

Hi, when the email form is completed and the send is pressed it bounces to the sitemap page. However I do not want a site map, and want to redirect it back to the acatalog/index.html.. Can't see where I can change this. Any ideas please?

Do you have a page that we can look at to see this in action?

I think I have fixed it by setting the home page link again, which had gone astray in the version changes.
