Done but with errors!

Hi, just a bit of help,
Ive recently redesigned my whole website and i`m finally pretty happy with it, My only flaw is on the checkout pages I get the "done but with errors" message in IE6. Ive looked at the html and used dreamweaver to find the error, I just need to know if its ok to remove the dodgy script ?? I dont want the cart to collapse if i remove it, I`ll gladly plod along with errors if I must.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Look at your page with Mozilla (www.mozilla.org or on most magazine cover CDs) and choose Tools / Web Development / javaScript Console and you'll get meaningful error messages and not IE's useless one.
