Shopping Cart Failure

Help please. After over a year working just fine the ordering system on my site has taken an unexpected nosedive (General Script Error occurred: the input in Null). Could I please trouble you for guidance on how best to restore it? I've tried a refresh etc to no avail. What else can I do?

Not really sure if this is how you had you site before, but when clicking on the add to cart page it changes from your domain name to an IP address.

Did it do this before?

If not, would get in touch with your host to see if they can assist.
