Java and MacIntosh

Hi,

One cutomer has sent this message:
"I have tried again without success to place our order. The website's credit card form is not receiving the expiration date for the card. We believe that it has something to do with Java script and her MacIntosh computer."

Is there a solution?

Have just gone through the process on your site and it worked fine (Highlighted it was a test for you - hope that is ok), but then I have the Java VM installed.

Maybe this customer does not have Java installed which is a problem not just for Macs but also some XP users.

Have you looked into using the Actinic Shared SSL service which overcomes this Java VM issue?
