    Shipping - Trade Vs Retail?

Hi, I ship goods to UK trade customers via TNT express or via another company for large palletized orders over 160Kilos

I set up a class called "TNT Express" within the UK Zone and filled in all the permutations and it works great.
I also set up a "Palletized Class" in the UK Zone and this works great too.

The shipping calculations are calculated correctly and I'm happy but...

Our main couriers TNT and "Pallet" will not deliver to residential addresses. They only deliver to UK Businesses. (My Trade Customers)

I dont want these two classes to be applied to Unregistered (Retail) Customers. I was hoping to use First and Second Class Post, Royal Mail Standard Parcels (upto 30kilo) or Parcel Force for these as I'm expecting a higher volume of orders of low value/weight from Residential UK and Overseas addresses.

Is there any way of doing this?

I thought of fiddling with Advance Locations and/or adding an extra line to my trade customers addresses so the software treated them as a "UK Trade Zone" in shipping. My retail customers not knowing about a special extra bit on the address would type there address in as normal and the software treated them as "UK normal Zone"

Is this possible? How would i achieve it?

    Thanks in advance.

This is not possible I'm afraid. All you can do is rename your TNT and pallett classes to be somthing like 'TNT (Business Addresses Only)' and 'Pallet (Business Addresses Only)'.

It may well be, of course, that some of your unregistered customers have perfectly valid business addresses.

      Thanks for your help Chris.

It would be great if this was a feature in later releases.

      Kind regards
