Dual Currency problem with VAT display

Although my shopping cart is in GB£ I want to be able to dsplay US$ prices too. We get so many queries from US customers asking what the real price is, and why don't we use US$ - (strangely, it is only the Americans that say that and not the Australian's Canadians etc.)

However... if I get Actinic to display US$ prices, it comes out like this:
    Price: £29.79 / US$53.62 £35.00 / US$63.00 Including VAT at 17.5%

Which, of course, is going to confuse the hell out of them. Obviously, VAT is only applicable to EEC countries, and to those in the USA it is tax free.

So... is there a way to display the US$ price, but not have the VAT information for US$ too?

    Thanks

I've got support for exactly that in my Third Currency extension. You can show the first two prices e.g. £ and € inc tax but the third ex tax. This isn't a freebie however so you'd have to contact me by e-mail if interested.

It might be possible to modify it to display only two prices in the way you want.
