Due to a recent hard disk failure I have had to migrate the site to my laptop. The import seemed to be successful apart from a few images missing. Orders are still being downloaded and e-mails can still be sent via the Catalog software.
However, when I update or refresh the site in either test or production mode the software crashes every time it reaches “Reviewing Files” and asks to send an error report to Microsoft.
I have also installed the software on to another machine and am getting exactly the same problem on that machine as well.
Both machines are running XP Pro with service Pack 2.
Any ideas?
