Template issue

Hi, got a slight problem with a modified template maybe someone knows the solution.

Ive altered on of the existing templates to include a header of my choosing, through the shop it works fine except the cart page, here it pulls in the original template header. Does anyone know which page needs altering to amend this?

You don't say what template you're talking about but you can define which primary template is used for the checkout pages. It's not necessarily the standard primary template.

And if you look in Design / Options / layouts / Primary Templates you'll see the list of those in use. Hit the Edit button to get the filename.
