Forgotten password?

Hi,

Is there a "click here if you've forgotton your password" function built-in to Actinic?

I can't seem to find anything on this, so presumably not. Can I request it for the wish list if this is the case? Otherwise, can somebody point me in the right direction...

There is no automatic forgotten password facility, just the ability directly within the software to email the password to the customer, but would be good if such a forgotten password option was available if possible in the software current method of functioning.

It's pretty standard to have such a facility, so yes it would be useful to have this included in the software.

In the meantime I'll write a simple script that forwards the customer's request with just one click. Half a solution - automated would be better.

PHP/MySQL for Actinic v8 maybe?
