    A couple of nagging questions

    1) Is it possible to customise new brochure pages fully from scratch - which template can i use? (brochure_primary works for this but changes the site root page at the same time, which I dont want)

i.e. To create a new T&C page which I want to open in a popup window, which when modifying its design doesnt impact on the other brochure pages.

    2) Is there any way of making a new site root index page away from actinic and using that as the landing page which then links to the storefront index?

    3) If not, how do I design the existing page but keep the other brochure pages from inheriting the design?

    Thanks a lot.

You can save templates as alternate names, so Act_BrochurePrimary to Act_BrochureMyPrimary.html and then customize that template whilst referencing it as the overall layout on the Brochure page you wish it applied to.

      Thanks for the help.

One more question: Is it possible to create a Contact page which includes a form? Also, how do I use the existing design for this contact page, i.e. to include the basket, search elements etc?

You could manually create a custom Brochure template which contains pretty much what ever you want, so long as you go into the detail of adding everything that you want on this form used brochure page, which is a case of with everything of including Primary content within Brochure pages, a case of mostly previewing normal pages source code and inserting what you need, i.e. search links and all that, with a lot contained within the Advanced User Guide which you can find at: http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/downloads.htm

Also, if you have been thinking of reasons to move from v6 to v7, then the form requirement might be another reason for the move, as v7 comes with a contact form instead of the normal email link for the contact us button, which with a little bit of adaption can be adjusted as you need.

Some examples of the v7 form in use:

          http://www.koolkingdom.co.uk/cgi-bin...CTION=SHOWFORM being a default one.

http://www.4suredomain04.co.uk/cgi-b...CTION=SHOWFORM being a slightly customized one from within the contactus template that is in the v7 templates.
