Safe to upgrade to 7.02 yet?

(Not) Having fun uploading my 'site today. Is it `safe` to upgrade to the new patch yet?

7.0.2 is still in beta as far as I am aware on not on general release, so as with all betas, live site usage is at your own risk I would suggest, and as such would wait until the release version of 7.0.2 is out, which should not be too much longer I think.
