UPS markup

Does version 5 have the ability to "markup" on-line UPS rates by a percentage? And if so, can different type of UPS shipping be marked up differently? How would you do it?

If not 5, does 7 offer this?

And speaking of UPS, does 7 offer automated FedEx, or DHL shipping options in the U.S.?

UPS markup

I found a simple answer. Just increase the item weights by a percentage and experiment to find the correct markup based on the weight range bands.
