Error generating HTML Pages Section: Online Catalogue

Hi,

When updating my website I am getting the following error message:

Error generating HTML Pages
Section: Online Catalogue

It gets past "Checking Catalog.." and gets stuck on "Checking HTML Pages...".

I tried compacting databases as suggested in another post, but this hasn't worked for me.

It was working before I added a whole load of new products. I've just been through each one to check the CUSTOMVARS, but I can't see anything wrong.

Any ideas?

Hmmmmmmm, have you by any chance managed to sneak in a duplicate name filename for a section maybe.. Although this should not be possible... Can you check in the Design | options part if you have index.html referenced and also if that same filename is referenced in another part of the sections of your site (not home page as that from what you say is ok), but might have somehow by a fluke of OS got in maybe with a duplicate, which should not normally happen, but worth a double check to be certain.

I had duplicated an image

But I had to temporarily delete files as a process of elimination!
