License question

Hi All,
currently evaluating Catalog and it's great but I have a question regarding licenses.
My idea is to use one PC (mine) to control the updating and overall maintenance of the shop and another PC to deal with the orders from the shop.
My question is this - will 1 license be enough or do I require 2?

You only need the one license to do this. Here's what the license says:-

You may in accordance with the terms of this agreement:

(A) use Actinic Software in accordance with the Software Documentation on any single computer;
(B) use Actinic Software as above on a second or subsequent computer so long as such use is limited to downloading and processing orders from the site or sites created and managed on the first computer;
