Mozilla Browser Problems

I recently started using the Firefox browser and have noticed a problem when viewing actinic pages. When you mouseover the section links and descriptions, not only is the link underlined but the text is also underlined.

I recall seeing several posts about this (and a solution) so a bit of searching ought to take you there. Hint - "Mozilla" is enough.
