    Order download error

    Hi All,
    One of our clients is trying to download her orders, but each time she starts to download the orders it returns and error saying:

    Catalog file specified not found

    and then it stops.

    I have asked if there was any further information but she said that was it.

    I had got her to do a FULL REFRESH of the site last week, and the error seemed to go away (though not sure if she downloaded orders) but now this week its back and she doesn't want to do a full refresh again.

    If anyone would have any idea on what is wrong and how to fix it, i would be very grateful.

    Our client is on Catalog 6.1.4. also upgrading to 6.1.5 is not an option.

    Hi Mel

    Hmm.. are you sure the client is not getting the system cannot find the file specified.

    If so, then this means that either Internet Explorer or Outlook express has been set to Work Offline.

    Please could you check this, the next time this happens with the client. If IE or Outlook has been set to work offline, then Actinic download will not work
