Data & Packing Report printouts

I have just upgraded to v7 and notice that on the printouts of both my data entry and packing list reports that the Qty ship, Qty can, and Qty back boxes have zero's ( 0 ) in them. How do I remove these from the reoprts please to leave the boxes blank?

You would have to edit the report file with crystal reports 8.5 to remove those zeros.

If you don't want to do that you would need to report it to Actinic as a bug using their email support (or telephone support if you have cover).

Hi there.

I have spoken to our development team regarding this issue, and we feel that customers may be confused if these fields were left blank. I have however posted a request on the wish list for there to be a checkbox to address this.
