    Missing email details from Order Section

    I have recently implemented Multiple Promts in my application. I have found that when sending a confirmation email to the customer, after they order a product, that the information from the promt boxes does not appear in the email.

    The information appears on the screen before you send the email but dissapears before it reaches the recipient!

    Does anyone know why this is???

      The customer has to fill in his/her details when they are order products. This includes, name, address, credit card details.

      I have also implemented multiple other info prompts text (from Rouzel's patch) to prompt them for extra information.

      Once the order process is complete, they are sent a confirmatory email from actinic, which at the moment includes their address etc details, but not the details from the multiple other info prompts text fields.

      Does anyone know why this could be the case?
