Backing Up Templates

Hi All

I am just about to commense on something that I have been wanted to do for 6 months. I am finally about to start however! I have taken the back up of the site using the site snapshot export. I was wondering how is the best way to backup everything so if I make a major pigs ear of it my template is still there.

Hmm bit of a ramble but hope it makes sense.

Creating a snapshot is the best approach which should create a complete backup of everything that is referenced with the templates and Dbs operated by the software.

As a further precaution, we generally backup manually the site folder as well, so we have the snapshot and zipped site folder.
