    Missing variables

I have upgraded three sites with the latest patch to v4.1.1.0.0.4.CBXA because they were getting more and more reports of the checkout not working due to Norton Internet Security. The patch has cured that but when uploading the sites Actinic now reports that a variable is missing:

Warning: Some of the configuration variables were not found in the HTML templates. If you modified these templates, make sure the results are what you want. If you have not modified the templates, the files are probably corrupt. Try restoring them from a backup or contact Actinic.

    Template Variable
    Act_Order02.html PAYMENTPROMPT008

The sites still function OK but why does this error appear and what is PAYMENTPROMPT008? I can't find any reference to it in the user guides or in the archives.

PAYMENTPROMPT008 is the code for including the CVV2 number prompt into the HTML of your checkout. You only need to worry about it if you are using your own SSL server and you want to capture customers' CVV2 numbers.

If you want to restore an original version of the template, you will find one in '/formats/themes/Business/Act_Order02.html'. Copy this file into your 'Sites/Site1' folder.

Thanks Chris. I thought it might be the CVV2 but as all three sites use WorldPay it is of no use to them.

Where do I get an up to date list of all the variables for version 4? I have an Advanced User Guide version 1.22 dated September 2000 which lists the variables, but the version 4 guide available on the web site doesn't. Or is PAYMENTPROMPT008 the only extra one that has been added?

Somehow this one never ended up getting added to the help file. I will ensure it is on the next build of the help.
