Duplicate Product Price Wrong

I have a product, and a duplicate of that product. Unfortunately the duplicated product has taken VAT off it. Our prices are all done without VAT (I have chosen not to charge tax in business settings).

The original product is imported from an external link to an Access database.

The duplicate product displays the correct price on the product page, but when you get to the shopping baset or checkout page, the price is 17.5% lower. Have I done something really stupid?

Hi,

There have been some issues with duplicate products when linking to external databases so I think your problem may be related. These problems have been addressed in v7.0.2. This release is due out today so please keep an eye out on the community or our website for the announcement of this. The usual upgrading instructions apply so:

1. Take a backup of your current site

2. Suspend ordering in v7.0.1

3. Wait about half an hour to ensure that customers placing orders at the time can complete them

4. Download those orders

5. Close Actinic and apply the 7.0.2 patch

6. Refresh the site (Web | Refresh Website)

7. Un-suspend ordering and update the site.
