Urgent: Unable to Download Orders

Unfortunately yesterday my PC developed a fault which means that I've had to take into a local computer shop to get it fixed. The problem that I now have is customers have placed orders and I'm unable to download them until I get my PC back.

Is there anyway at all I can access the details via FTP ?

You can't get the orders via FTP

The only thing you can do is install actinic on another PC, and import a snapshot
