1. Is it possible to disable the ability to send to a different delivery address?

2. How do I setup Actinic so that multiple users can access and change things in the software via the LAN?

You cannot do this currently in Actinic I'm afraid. You could always use External Linking in Actinic Business to link Actinic to an Access database on the network. Then multiple uses could manage the product range. With regards to the orders, it sounds like you are using Sage Line 50 - and we have a product called Actinic Link which will link Actinic Business to Sage Line 50.

Yes i know of actinic link, does that have the abilities to export from actinic to sage?
I have used it to take from sage to actinc.

In regards to my lan question, is it no possible to share the software over the lan and allow people to change it that way?
If so i can always setup and program to make sure only one person can run it at a time.

Yes - it will take orders out of Actinic and then use the data to raise sales orders and invoices within Sage.

Thats a nice plugin, but it costs to much for us being such a small group and all.
How about copying the site from one system toanother runnnig actinic?
Would that work?

Actinic caches data within the program so you would probably find that you lost changes made over the sites, also changes made on the various sites wouldn't be reflected in the other systems. It might work if you only used it on a single machine at a time. Wouldn't you need to buy additional Actinic licenses if you wanted to run it on several machines at one - you can have one machine for processing and one for development with a single license but I don't think that you can have several for processsing, you would need to check that out with Actinic.
