Custom Template -> Search Error!

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this problem:

Hi Matt

One thing i would check would be to edit your Act_SimpleSearch.html and make sure just before the </table> tag, you have a </form> tag.

Nope this didnt help, I'm still getting the same error message!

The search function works on the main seach page. Just not from the main template. http://www.manicmayhem.co.uk/acatalog/index.html

I solved it. It was to do with the placing of the </form> tag after all.
