Hello, please can someone help. I am setting up my internet store with actinic and i am all ready to go but, when i test order processing using paypal as a payment choice i cannot get it to connect. I have put in the corect email address for my paypal account into the contacts section of actinic, but i stil get the error message that i have not entered the correct email address, is there somewhere else in actinic that i need to enter the email address? thank you

You have enter your paypal email address as your merchant id in your Actinic payment settings for paypal. You do this by going to view / business settings, selecting the row for paypal and clicking on configure method.

We don't get many paypal orders but some people really like to use it, I was speaking to someone just last week that would only pay with paypal and if there was no paypal then there would have been no order. The standard paypal fees are more than worldpay fees though so it is not necessarily the cheap way of collecting money that people think that it might be.
