Hi, I have had several customers complain that when they have put an item in their shopping basket they are redirected to an index page rather than sent back to where there were shopping. Does anyone know why this might be? Is it a setting that I can change? It has been suggested that this may be a bug which there is a download to fix, can anyway confirm this? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi,
I would agree with the suggestion. It is likely that the problem is due to firewalls on the customers machines stripping out referrer information that is required to take the customer back to the page they were on. It has been fixed in v6.1.5 so you can download that from here. Please note that if you have v6.1.0 or above you will only need to download the patch. If your version is below that then you will require the full version. Also for either you need to follow the correct upgrading procedures (see the last thread on this post).
