    Search link not including acatalog/

    Hi All.

    A while ago our website messed up and I found the way to solve the problem was the change all links to the full URL rather than starting ..//acatalog......

    Since then everything has been ok besides searching on the website. I have the simplesearch on the top right of everypage. You can seach for things still but from the list of results when you click on an item it misses out the acatalog folder.

    For example it will try to open the page
    http://www.wirelessstore.co.uk/Onlin...11_UK_120.html

    When it should be opening the page
    http://www.wirelessstore.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_LINKSYS_WAP11_UK_120.html

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    The problem is because the basehref on your pages is incorrect. Can you check in your primary template (Advanced | Template Manager | Main tab | Primary button) that you have the following:

    <Actinic:BASEHREF VALUE="NETQUOTEVAR:BASEHREF"/>

    between the <HEAD> and </HEAD> tags. Also check that your 'Catalog URL' in the 'Advanced | Network Setup' screen is set to:

    http://www.wirelessstore.co.uk/acatalog/

    This should solve your search problem.

        Hi.

        I've checked both of these and it still doesn't work. (Sorry bit of a delay)

        My networks settings are

        Catalog URL:
        http://www.wirelessstore.co.uk/

        CGI-BIN URL:
        http://www.wirelessstore.co.uk/cgi-bin/

        Codebase:
        ./

        Path from CGI-BIN to acatalog Directory
        ../acatalog/

        Any ideas?
