Component Prices Not Showing

Hi,

We have a site about to go live and we've just spotted a problem which we think should be easy to solve but cannot. All of our products are using components. All of the prices are based upon the component that is being selected (curtains).

We have selected and completed the table for the component prices and all the prices are 'override price'.

When we refresh the site, there is no price in the cart table.

Does anyone have any ideas? I would really appreciate it if you had.

Have you edited the template for the add to cart button or <Actinic:ACTIONS>NETQUOTEVAR:ADDTOCARTBUTTON</Actinic:ACTIONS>

I lost all componentes and atributes after doing so, after undoing the changes they all showed again.

Thanks for responding.

We have changed the file a little, based on Actinic's suggestion for a single Add to cart button for the whole page and displaying the attributes in a table rather than with a <BR> on each one.

Is this a known bug then?

Could you please check that you have set the 'Pricing Model' field in the main product to 'Sum of Component Prices' or 'Sum of Product and Component Prices'. This is set in the 'General' tab.

There were a few of these but the main issue was solved by a full refresh of the site.
