    Hanging on sending a00026.cat

    Whenever we try to do a refresh or update then it hangs on sending a00026.cat.

    Actinic has just been moved to a new machine and there may be order discrepencies between the two will that make a difference?

    Whenever we try to do a refresh or update then it hangs on sending a00026.cat.
    If you go to 'Advanced | Network Setup' have you got 'Use Passive FTP Transfers' ticked? If not, then try ticking that and then refresh the site.

    Do you mean that you have carried on downloading orders on the old machine after transferring it to the new machine? This will not make a difference to the Actinic software but if you want all your orders in one place and so long as you have not added new products or made any changes that would affect the database, you could copy over the 'ActinicCatalog.mdb' file from the old machine into the new machine (it is found in your site folder - usually c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v5\sites\site1).

    Take a backup of your site on the new pc before you copy the database into it, in case of any problems.
