I use simple search in my project and when actinic shows search results there's a little problem. The form (Act_SimpleSearch.html) where user entered keywords for search isn't shown. Could it be chaged because it doesn't look good in my variant of design.

The search box will not show up on the results page. This is coming from NETQUOTEVAR:SIMPLESEARCH.
Would you could do, is to copy the fully generated code for the quick search on your primary template and this would work. Please check out this knowledgebase article.
Simply change where it says "Act_BrochurePrimary.html" to "Act_Primary.html"
