7.0.2 orders tab not remembered

ref: 44. When you switch to the Orders tab and restart Actinic, when it opens you should now be still on the Orders tab (rather than the Catalog tab). Ref: a_c/1270

This is not quite happening.
When I re-open Actinic, it still positions me on the Content tab, when I want to be on the Orders tab.

Within the order tab, it remembers which tab at the bottom of the page (pending/completed/etc)

.... and deleting the WindowOpen registry key worked for me as well....
