Issues adding additional pages

Am I missing something?

I am using the smart template with the leftbar txt and rightbar txt. I wish to add additional pages which are navigated to using either the leftbar or rightbar (not the store sections).

My approach so far for adding 1 additional page:

Add link text into leftbar txt.
Create store section with no products
Render store
edit the rendered page with custom information
copy modified page to additional files folder
enter page into additional files folder
hide section from website

(repeat for all additional pages)

My issue is when a change is needed i.e. an additional item in leftbar txt I will have to go through above on all additional pages.

Please tell me there is a better way.

Hi there,

I'm assuming you are talking about Brochure Pages. The problem with Brochure pages or fragments, is that they do not support properties, which would help you on what you are doing.

I'm afraid i cannot see an easier way of what you are doing.
