Configuring Paypal

I am trying to configure paypal on V6,
in business settings/payment and security, I click on the payment options and then configure method, there are 3 dialogue boxes, the merchant ID part I can do as I have a Paypal account, the other 2 boxes ask for website description and provider, I m not even sure if it is asking for my website description or Paypals!
I have looked in the Knowledge base and contacted Paypal who say to contact Actinic, the Actinic website link takes me straight back to paypal... and so it goes on
could someone please tell me what it is that I need to put into these boxes so I can get it to work!

The description is what you want it shown within your ordering pages as, i.e. Secure PayPal Payments if that is what you have, is what would be shown to the customer when they come to selecting the payment choice.

Provider should be PayPal

Merchant ID should be your paypal email address.
