Uploading from Test to Live V7.01

Hi

We have been using V4 for a number of years without problems. We installed V7.1 and kept V4 running until we were happy that V7 was working. We have it working perfectly in test mode but as soon as we refresh the website with V7 we get problems.

1. All is OK up to the point of ordering. As soon as you click on 'checkout' it displays a page without our logo as it is looking for the logo in a directory that does not exist (i.e. acatalog/acatalog/logo.jpg instaed of acatalog/logo.jpg where the logo is). This happens right the way through to the payment page

2. The Order Value and Items in cart remain at '0' and do not change.

3. When we get to the payment page the appellet is 'Grey' only.

We have reloaded V4 and everything is fine. We then reload in Test Mode and again everything (including payment) works fine.

We deleted all the old .cat and .fil files before refreshing the website with V7 to avoid conflicts.

Can anyone through any light on this problem.

I've seen our email support have contact the development team to see if this could be a server issue. I would suggest in waiting for the email support team to get back to you on this one.
